Thanks to everyone who attended my session at the Collab365 Summit global online conference on Thursday, May 12. There were lots of great questions and discussion in the chat room. It was a very interactive audience.
The Summit was a three-day conference that spanned IT Pro, Developer, and Business User topics. There were some great sessions and keynotes throughout. Mark Jones and the team at Collaboris really did an outstanding job of organizing the conference.
If you weren’t able to attend my session, How to create user-friendly, engaging SharePoint sites (no coding needed!), you can watch the video in its entirely (end of post) or view the slides (below):

Hi Wendy,
In your tutorial, you’ve set the “create new issue” link in the quick launch nav bar to the new item form of that task list. My question is: How did you do this for the Document Library as much of the document creation process in a library is done via JS. Thanks in advance!

Hi Wendy. This looks very good. Can you save these changes as a re-usable template to ensure all sites have the same added functionality, or do you need to manually re-do this to every site you create.
Thanks
